Public Speaking

If you have an audience that educates urban youth or consists of urban youth, concerned student leadership groups, conferences or seminars, you have a need for T.S. Grant. The story of T.S. Grant is one that will inspire educators and students alike. Like many of our youth, he was the student with untapped potential. From class cut-up to teacher to administrator, he knows his audience, knows his craft, and his speeches are always relevant.

Administrators

T.S. Grant speaks to school staff about effective teaching and teaching troubled youth, which he was so labeled. He also advises school administrators and gives them an opportunity to sharpen their saws by learning the complete truth about the affect/effect of their leadership.

New Teachers

T.S. Grant offers advice to new or would-be teachers transitioning into urban teaching. He is a mentor teacher for student-interns at the University of Maryland. Any new teacher will be able to understand most or all of the issues listed at the bottom of the New Teachers page.

Parents

T.S. Grant helps parents bring out the best in their children--educationally--while navigating the gigantic school system. He acts as an objective education consultant to you (the parent). He is that set of experienced ears listening to you and your child's educational history, quickly diagnosing the direction for your family's educational success. He is a husband & parent (of a child in the public school system) and has been both a high school administrator and a middle and high school teacher.
