Administrators

T.S. Grant speaks to school staff about effective teaching and teaching troubled youth, which he was. He also advises school administrators and gives them an opportunity to sharpen their saws by learning the complete truth about the affect/effect of their leadership.

New Teachers

T.S. Grant offers advice to new or would-be teachers transitioning into urban teaching. Any new teacher will be able to understand most or all of the issues listed at the bottom of the Consultation page.

Parents

T.S. Grant helps parents bring out the best in their children--educationally--while navigating the gigantic school system. He acts as an objective education consultant to you (the parent). He is that set of experienced ears listening to you and your child's educational history, quickly diagnosing the direction for your family's educational success. He is a husband & parent and has been both a high school administrator and a middle and high school teacher.
